I recently made a substantial purchase from our local Car Quest auto parts store. I had a problem and went back to the store to discuss my concerns. In the old movies, you see the knights come to the rescue and show up on white horses. Well, Bob and Derrick showed up in a white pickup. It took 38-and-a-quarter seconds for them to determine the problem. It appeared to be user error. In some circles, this is referred to as “felonious stupidous.”

All of our local auto parts stores are good. But the service I have received from Car Quest is far beyond what would be considered as good customer service. In the past, they have given me advice on recommended parts and saved me money. They also make good hot dogs.
