Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Little Bear Road Improvements Notice of Advertisement for Bids Separate sealed Bids for the Little Bear Road will be received by Kootenai Tribe of Idaho (KTOI), the Owner, at the Tribal Headquarters office located at 100 Circle Drive, Bonners Ferry, Idaho until 2:00 P.M. prevailing local time June 21, 2018.
