Jose M. Alcantar Hernandez, 24, of Auburn, Wash., was arrested on the Highway 95 bypass at 7:56 a.m. on a charge of driving without privileges and was cited on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.

An officer gave a released patient a ride home from BGH on N. Third Avenue at 8:25 a.m.

A resident in the 700 block of N. Division Avenue spoke to an officer at 10:29 a.m. regarding prowlers during the night.

An officer responded to assist another agency in the 491700 block of Highway 95 at 1:08 p.m.

A bicycle was abandoned in the 800 block of Hickory Street at 12:51 p.m.

A resident in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue was referred to staff at 3 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue at 3:14 p.m.

A found dog was returned to its owner on W. Lake Street at 4:54 p.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 700 block of Creekside Lane at 5:06 p.m.

A barking dog complaint was reported in the 100 block of S. Fourth Avenue at 4:33 p.m.

After a 911 hang-up at 6:42 p.m., an officer checked on the residents in the 300 block of S. Fourth Avenue and advised they were fine.

An officer assisted a parent in the 1600 block of Oak Street at 8:02 p.m. whose daughter was refusing to return home.

Ongoing harassment via e-mail and texting was reported in the 300 block of Lavina Avenue at 9:18 p.m.

Andrew D. Wright, 29, of Priest River, was cited in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 1:02 a.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Officers were unable to locate a suspicious male reported to be in the 1600 block of Sequoia Street at 2:26 a.m.
