A child custody dispute was reported on Division Avenue at 11:10 a.m.

Report of a two-vehicle, minor-injury accident on Division Avenue at 11:36 a.m.

Report of a single-vehicle, non-injury collision in the 2300 block of Great Northern Road at 11:52 a.m.

A water tank in the 400 block of Woodland Drive was tagged with graffiti at 12:49 p.m.

A missing wallet and cellphone were located by the owner in the Highway 2 area at 1:51 p.m.; they were not stolen as earlier reported.

A resident in the 1000 block of Ella Avenue was advised at 1:17 p.m. to clean up his yard.

A resident in the 1000 block of Poplar Street was advised at 1:19 p.m. to move their woodpile from the alley.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 4200 block of Samuelson Avenue at 2:07 p.m.

After a complaint of a traffic hazard on Cedar Street at 2:12 p.m., an officer checked on a trailer and advised it was legally parked.

A dog found on Ontario Street at 2:18 p.m. was returned to its owner, who was issued a verbal warning regarding shots and licenses.

Officers were unable to locate the source of prank 911 calls in the Halley Street area by juveniles at 2:26 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 400 block of Division Avenue at 2:48 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a drug investigation on Halley Street at 3:37 p.m.

A shoplifter in the 600 block of Larch Street at 5:54 p.m. will be charged civilly not criminally but was trespassed from the business.

Dog owners in the 600 block of Alder Street were issued a verbal warning regarding barking dogs at 7:44 p.m.

Daniel B Stovall, 30, of Sandpoint, was cited on Boyer Avenue at 9:06 p.m.

An officer contacted two females in the 300 block of Boyer Avenue after a complaint of loitering at 9:21 p.m., but they were not the ones causing the problem.

A male will be trespassed from a residence in the 300 block of Olive Avenue at 10:54 p.m. when he is located.

After a report of a prowler in the 700 block of Division Avenue at 11:19 p.m., officers advised they were unable to locate anyone.

Staff members were contacted at 2:23 a.m. after a resident in the 600 block of Division Avenue called 911 again

An officer located an unsecured door at a business in the 300 block of 1st Avenue at 3:51 a.m.; after checking the interior, the building was secured.

An officer located an unsecured business in the 300 block of First Avenue at :08 a.m.; a responsible party arrived and stated nothing was missing or disturbed.

An officer located a small amount of cash in the 300 block of First Avenue at 4:29 a.m.; it was entered as found property.
