Why are you waiting to begin fitness journey?

Why wait? Seriously, are you really happy with the reflection you see when you look in the mirror?

Have you blamed everybody and everything for your current condition?

Let me guess, you have to go to work, you have kids, you have a husband or a wife who pulls at you — demanding attention, you have a back injury, you have a knee injury, you cannot afford to get in shape, you have a migraine every day … blah, blah, blah.

Are any of these your excuses? Or maybe you have one that I haven’t listed, no matter — guess what? They are just excuses. They are your excuses but still they’re excuses. So, knock it off.

Why in the world would you continue to live in a body that you aren’t completely in love with? Do you think someone else is going to get in shape for you? Perhaps you are still waiting around for that “magic-skinny-butt-pill?” Wrong. It starts with you.

Find a mirror, get naked and look in it. (Preferably not in public.) If you want to change your body, you have to change your mind first.

Stop making all your lame excuses and get serious. We live in a wonderful community with lots of resources to help you with your transformation if you need help. All you have to do is ask!

Surprising little fact with regards to obtaining a healthier lifestyle and acquiring that physique you are proud to show off — it starts with one step. And, it really isn’t that difficult.

I want to ask you one very simple question: What is standing in your way? Don’t wait to lose weight and get in shape. Now is the time for you to stop making excuses, put your sneakers on and move.
