Bull riding and barrel racing on tap Saturday

SANDPOINT — Get ready to kick up your boots and join in the rodeo fun, as Challenge of Champions Tour Bull Riding comes to Sandpoint on Saturday, June 16 starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Bonner County Fairgrounds Outdoor Arena.

The night of rodeo action begins with the Grand Entry, introduction of cowboys, and Jason Mattox setting the arena on fire by proudly saying “USA.” Al Parsons will be the voice of the Challenge of Champions and Joanie Parsons will be on hand with the music.

The Top 10 barrel racing finalist will compete for the championship title and belt buckle. Payout for winner will be given, with the amount determined by the number of entries in the Barrel Racing Competition held on Wednesday.

Great food and ice-cold beer will be available at the arena.
