Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby provided that a public hearing, pursuant to Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 65, and Kootenai City Code, has been set for the Kootenai City Council for July 3, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. at Kootenai City Hall, 204 Spokane Street, Kootenai, ID to consider the following: File #SUP-M001-18 Request to Modify Dishaw Special Use Permit for Apartments - Ron and Sharon Dishaw are requesting approval to modify Special Use Permit SUP001-17 to reduce the number of dwelling units from six to two and to modify conditions of approval to reflect the reduction in units. The City approved the multi-family residential permit June 6, 2017, allowing six residential apartment units on the upper floor of an existing commercial storage structure located at 31827 Highway 200 in Kootenai. The 2.132- acre parcel is zoned commercial-light industrial and is located between McGhee Road and Boise Street in Section 1, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian. PUBLIC NOTICE The Idaho Department of Fish and Game was informed on June 12, 2018 by the Bureau of Fisheries and Regional fishery managers that by the end of fishing hours on June 15, 2018 the sport fishery harvest objectives for the Mainstem Clearwater River from the Cherrylane Bridge upstream to Orofino Bridge will be met. Therefore, the Bureau of Fisheries recommends closing the Mainstem Clearwater River from the Cherrylane Bridge upstream to Orofino Bridge to fishing for all Chinook Salmon effective at the end of fishing hours June 15, 2018. Pursuant to his authority under Idaho Code Section 36-106(e)(6)(A), the Idaho Department of Fish and Game Director hereby closes the Mainstem Clearwater River from the Cherrylane Bridge upstream to Orofino Bridge to fishing for all Chinook Salmon effective at the end of fishing hours on June 15, 2018.
