Choosing a care home for your loved one can be easy!

| June 18, 2018 2:39 PM

Choosing a care facility can be one of the most difficult decisions a family makes. Knowing there are excellent, caring and professional facilities helps you make this decision with peace of mind.

It's easy as 1, 2, 3:

1.Independent living

Our facilities offer independent living with the comfort of knowing someone is nearby 24 hours a day to provide assistance with daily tasks on an as-needed basis.

  1. Experienced staff

Our caring and compassionate staff is proud of the specialized personal care we are able to provide for our elderly or disabled residents.

  1. Caring with a purpose

Valley Vista Care is composed of two skilled nursing facilities, three assisted living facilities, and an independent living apartment complex. We are proud to offer a variety of services including:

• Assisted living

• Behavior care

• Skilled nursing

• Therapy

• Transportation

Our trained staff provides excellent short and long-term care. Our skilled nursing facilities provide short-term rehabilitation stays, respite care, as well as long-term skilled nursing care. We also have been providing specialized care in our Behavior Care programs in our skilled nursing facilities for over 20 years. We welcome residents with Alzheimer's disease, advanced dementia, Huntington's disease, and other difficult to manage behaviors. Our assisted living facilities provide a continuum of care from independent living to providing needed assistance with medications, activities of daily living, meals, and laundry. We serve those with general geriatric needs and those with mental health diagnoses and some developmental disabilities. We also have options for low income individuals.
