Old school Sandpoint handball in the house Local Dave Turner, pictured hitting a serve recently, has been playing handball in Sandpoint for more than 35 years. Sandpoint has always had a fluctuating but strong core group of players, who fill a few courts with doubles twice a week during open handball. Per handball tradition, the action is often followed by a post match beer. Turner is one of two “Doctor Daves” who squared off last week on the court.
