Public employees in Idaho oppose Stand Your Ground, Bill 1313. This bill makes us worried. We go to people’s houses to represent the state of Idaho. We swore an oath to uphold the Idaho Constitution. This bill protects the people who would shoot at us. Our right to bear arms is already protected by the U.S. Constitution. Please don’t make complicated laws to placate vigilante gun owners who are already a threat to our safety.

Go. Otter, please do not sign Bill 1313. Please oppose Stand Your Ground and other vigilante gun laws in Idaho.
