Feb. 24
Stephanie R. Ferguson, 28, of Kootenai was arrested on N. Third Avenue at 12:57 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (second offense).
Mayla J. Millar, 21, of Ponderay was arrested in the area of Great Northern and Gooby roads at 4:42 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.
Cameron T. Mackey, 36, of Spokane, was cited in the area of Pine and Halley streets at 11:20 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Officers investigated a report of possible unlawful entry in the 900 block of Ridley Village Road at 2:15 a.m. and determined it to be unfounded.
Feb. 26
Robert J. Stiers, 26, of Sandpoint arrested on Fifth Avenue at 2:29 a.m. on a charge of felony driving under the influence.
