Rollover crash injures motorist

DOVER — A Sandpoint man had to be extricated from his wrecked vehicle following a rollover crash on U.S. Highway 2 on Saturday night.
Idaho State Police said Jeff L. Chapman was westbound on the highway when he went off the north shoulder of the highway. Chapman’s vehicle, a 2015 Lexus 250, rolled multiple times before come to rest on its wheels. Emergency responders had to cut the vehicle away from Chapman so he could extricated from the wreckage, state police said.
The crash happened at approximately 10:24 p.m. on the western edge of Dover. The crash remains under investigation, according to ISP.
