I believe in the First Amendment. The letters to the editor are another way for us exercise that right, hopefully we can all keep an open mind and heart to the diversity of others.

The Angels Over Sandpoint have done a wonderful job supporting numerous programs within our community. If the Follies, just one of those programs, doesn’t feel right for someone we respect that opinion. Please feel free to organize a fundraiser that raises over $20,000 for donation. Obviously there are a lot of people in the community who have a different opinion.

We are blessed to live in a community that cares about the children while exercising such diversity, like it or not.
