Marisa L. Reaves, 23, of Bonners Ferry, was in the area of Fifth and Cedar at 2:03 a.m. on a charge of possession of methamphetamine; and Annette S Clonts, 59, of California, was cited at the same time and location on a charge of possession of marijuana.
