An officer assisted staff with an out-of-control juvenile in the 1600 block of Spruce Street at 8:58 a.m.

Christa R. Gervasi, 48, of Sandpoint, was arrested in Ponderay on a charge of driving under the influence after a reported verbal domestic that occurred in Sandpoint in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 12:37 p.m.

Two males in the 400 block of Cedar Street were issued verbal warnings for disorderly conduct after a complaint at 12:50 p.m.

An officer mediated in a civil dispute in the 100 block of S. Lincoln Avenue at 12:39 p.m.
