We need an assessor who knows the value of property and the added value of improvements. Adding a deck improves the property value but painting it looks good but does not. Mr. Miller is a licensed contractor and knows the difference.

I appreciate that clerical work in an office is useful but when I want a fair assessment, I want someone who has dirty hands to do the job. Richard Miller is that man.
