As a former candidate for the Idaho District 1 Senate seat, I endorse Scott Herndon for the May 15 primary.

Scott has a business degree and valuable real life experience. He has both knowledge and great esteem for our Constitution and he will serve our citizens faithfully with no strings to Boise, PACs, and ideological special interest groups.

Without a strong, educated voice for the people, North Idaho will continue to receive crumbs parsed out from Boise. Our roads, bridges and waterways only seem to get attention during times of political challenge for the establishment. Scott has the interests of the individual timber worker, small business owner, home school or public school teacher and not the big business bureaucrats that have owned so many of our public servants with fine dining, travel junkets and lucrative side careers.

Bonner County finally has a chance to have a voice for the people, all the people not just a few! Imagine representation that is present and accounted for, responding to the people. Vote Scott Herndon on May 15.
