1. I am aware of how difficult it can be to make a living in Bonner County. Assessed valuations directly affect property owner’s budgets. As your Assessor, I will work hard to bring in accurate assessments and reduce costs for the county and homeowners.

2. I offer over 40 years as of administrative, finance, personnel training and team-building experience.

I understand property values and have worked hands-on in many aspects of property management and construction which gives me a unique perspective in valuing the quality of structures.

3. The most important issues facing the Assessor’s office are:

- Establish better communication with property aowners.

- Cut costs for county and homeowners.

- Focus on service, respect and responsiveness.

Solution. I will implement my 90-day plan of action, Project R.E.S.P.E.C.T. on day one.

4. Idaho should be involved as much as possible to protect the potential downgrade of property values in Idaho.

5. This is not affected by the Assessor’s Office. I am against it as proposed.

6. • Start early.

- Work hard

- Stay until the job is done.

7. The Department of Motor Vehicles. All the proposals that I will implement with my 90-day plan of action for the Bonner County Assessor’s Office will also apply to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

8. I bring a unique skillset to the office of the Assessor. I would appreciate your vote of confidence on May 15.

9. I have not seen their proposals, however, if they could prove it will eliminate the gridlock at our railroad crossings and be safer, I would consider it.

10. I ask myself this question. How can I give back to the community that has provided so much for my family and me for more than 20 years?

Answer. I would like to serve as your Bonner County Assessor.
