Kurtis W. Barker-Hayden, 18, of Priest River, was arrested in the 4000 block of Samuelson Avenue at 7:18 a.m. on a Bonner County warrant.
Paraphernalia was seized for destruction during a traffic stop on Fir Street at 9:04 a.m.
Damage at the marina was placed under investigation at 10:28 a.m.
An officer was unable to locate a suspicious vehicle reported in the 1500 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 10:41 a.m.
Report of a 911 pocket dial on First Avenue at 1:09 p.m.
Report of an agency assist on Sixth Avenue at 12:52 p.m.
An officer checked on a reportedly abandoned trailer in the the 400 block of Florence Avenue at 1:59 p.m.; the registration was current.
