Kenneth Dale Elmer, 65, of Blanchard, Idaho, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2018, surrounded by family and loved ones.

He was born July 2, 1952, in Newport, Wash., to Teri and Richard Elmer.

Serices will be held Tuesday, May 29, at 11 a.m. at the Pine Ridge Community Church in Newport.
