May 14

A Canondale bicycle was taken from the 2000 block of Sandpoint West Drive at 8:37 a.m.

A code violation was reported in the 300 block of Oak Street at 9:38 a.m.

Possible harassment was reported in the 1500 block of Pine Street at 11:05 a.m.

Perry P. Howard, 19, of Sandpoint was arrested in the Pine Street area on a charge of rape.

A municipal code violation was reported in the 1100 block of Main Street at 1:44 p.m.

A vehicle was reported struck in a parking lot in the 600 block of N. Third Avenue at 2:25 p.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 1300 block of Pine Street regarding noise at 2:16 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a noise complaint regarding a rooster in the 800 block of Pine Street at 3:05 p.m.

An officer advised a possible equipment malfunction caused a 911 activation in the 1400 block of Jr Court at 3:14 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported suspicious male in the 200 block of E. Superior Street at 3:46 p.m.

A vehicle tagged for 48-hour removal in the 4200 block of Samuelson Avenue at 7:40 p.m. was later moved.

A welfare check was broadcast for an adult female on W. Lake Street at 8:30 p.m.

After a report of a family offense at 10:24 p.m., officers advised that two females were yelling at each other and that nothing physical occurred. They were warned to keep their voices down

Officers were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary in the 1600 block of Cedar Street after a complaint of suspicious circumstances at 10:36 p.m.
