An officer and Selkirk Fire responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident reported on Cedar Street at 10:44 a.m.

A 13-year-old Ponderay male was arrested on Samuelson Avenue at 11:47 a.m on a charge of petit theft.

A cellphone malfunctioning in the Oak Street area at 12:46 p.m. caused it to dial 911.

An officer assisted BGH with mental hold paperwork and a transport to Lewiston at 12:41 p.m.

A case of witness intimidation was reported in the 900 block of Division Avenue at 2:17 p.m.

Terri L. Mulvaney, 52, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 4000 block of Samuelson Avenue at 2:26 p.m. on a charge of probation violation.

Vandalism to a boat was reported in the 100 block of Lake Street at 2:26 p.m.

An officer contacted the owner of an excessively loud vehicle in the 1300 block of Pine Street at 2:39 p.m.

An adult male from Montana was given a courtesy transport to the crisis center at 4:18 p.m.
