Adrian C. Needs, 25, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 6:12 a.m. on a charge of damaging two tires.
Officers were unable to locate a suspicious male reported to be in the 100 block of N. First Avenue at 8:40 a.m.
DVDs found in the area of Cedar Street and N. Boyer Avenue were turned in to the police department at 9:29 a.m.
Officers were unable to locate a suspicious male reported in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 9:39 a.m.
Officers were unable to locate a suspicious male in the 500 block of Church Street at 10:45 a.m.
A HIN was reported verified in the 500 block of Forest Avenue at 12:19 p.m.
Jennifer L. Alexander, 70, of Oldtown, was cited in the area of Highway 2 and W. Lake Street at 12:37 p.m. on an invalid driver’s license charge.

An adult male from Seattle was taken on a detox hold after he was found passed out by the roundabout in the area of Schweitzer Cutoff and N. Boyer at 7:24 p.m.
An alarm was reported in the 500 block of Church Street; officer advised at 10:56 p.m. that the building was secure.
Staff in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue confirmed at 11:34 p.m. that there were no emergencies.

Officers located an unsecured door in the 300 block of N. First Avenue at 2:46 a.m.; nothing appeared disturbed.
An intoxicated male in the 1100 block of Hickory Street was contacted at 4:07 a.m. after a complaint of disorderly conduct and advised to go to bed and sleep.
