Erica Eary, 36, of Mount Pleasant ,South Carolina, was arrested on Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 12:42 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence and resisting arrest.

Report of intoxication in the pre-100 block of Highway 2 in Oldtown at 4:11 a.m.

May 16

Early construction noise was reported in the 1100 block of Oak Street at 6:23 a.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Railroad Depot Road at 9:27 a.m.

A juvenile problem was reported on Halley Street at 9:58 a.m.

A traffic hazard was reported on Poplar Street at 10:45 a.m.

A resident in the 1300 block of Huckleberry Avenue asked at 1:36 p.m. that two people be trespassed from his residence.

Officers, Selkirk Fire and EMS responded to a vehicle-versus-building accident in the 600 block of Ridley Village Road at 2:05 p.m.; an officer advised the crash was non-injury but there was minor damage to the building.

A reported suspicious vehicle on Lincoln Avenue was located in the 1500 block of Cedar Street at 2:11 p.m. but was unoccupied.

A male was trespassed from the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 3:05 p.m.

An officer advised that a citizen misplaced her vehicle in the 500 block of Oak Street at 3:17 p.m.

An officer requested a case in the 200 block of Division Avenue at 3:54 p.m.

Officers assisted BCSO deputies on Ella Avenue at 6:18 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a vehicle reported in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue at 7:16 p.m. with no windshield and that may have been in an accident.

Two juveniles were sheltered on Sixth Avenue at 8:19 p.m.

A Trek bicycle was reported taken from the 1100 block of Division Avenue at 8:53 p.m.

Officers checked on a male sleeping in a vehicle in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 12:42 a.m.; he was issued a verbal warning for camping inside city limits.

An officer assisted the county with an arrest on Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 12:42 a.m.
