Do you want to lose weight, increase strength or overall fitness? Are you sick of guessing what exercises you should do or living at the mercy of the scale? If you answered yes then perhaps it is time to rethink wellness and fitness goals and tracking.

Idaho Pain Clinics wellness department is proud to be the only facility offering the cutting edge tools you need to get your fitness and health goals established and tracked. The wellness department is offering a three step comprehensive wellness and fitness tracking assessment that starts with the Skulpt system technology. Through cutting edge technology the trainers will scan 24 major muscles and get an accurate analysis of the body quality including fat to muscle content. Additionally the Skulpt system will determine muscular imbalances and give you suggested exercises and routines to correct any imbalances or weaknesses identified. The Skulpt system tracks your muscle gains and fat losses to give valuable feedback to keep you motivated.

The second step to the screening process involves LikeAGlove technology. Many people become discouraged during their fitness journey because the scale doesn’t always reflect the healthy changes that you are undergoing. Often as one turns unhealthy fat into healthy muscle the scale shows no change in weight or perhaps even a gain. LikeAGlove combined with Skulpt will help users stay on track and motivated to continue on their path towards improved health and wellness. That is because within five seconds LikeAGlove, which fits waists up to size 54” will send your hip and waist measurements to your personal account. The system will track your measurements every time you put on the specialized leggings, showing you how many inches you have lost as a result of your efforts.

The final step in the three step process involves the use of the Kinetisense 3D motion detection system. The trainers at the clinic will have you complete a series of researched and standardized movement tests, the motion capture device will analyze your every movement and determine an overall fitness score which you can use to track your improvements over time.

In addition to the screening process the pain clinic also offers access to the only AlterG antigravity treadmill system.

This system uses NASA technology to offload your body weight through differential air pressure. No harness systems needed, simply step on the treadmill, zip in at the waist and allow the air to lift you up to an ideal body weight for exercising in order to achieve weight loss in a low impact manner. The clinic offers monthly membership options or pay per session access to the AlterG.

Wellness screens can be booked online, for a very limited time screens are being offered at a discount. To find out more, give us a call.
