PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given pursuant to Idaho Code and East Hope city code that the East Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider the following application at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at the East Hope City Hall, 110 School Road, East Hope, Idaho. FILE #VAC01-18 DONALD AND DARLENE WELLS are requesting the City of East Hope vacate (declare abandoned) a portion of alley between Lots 8 and 9 of the Amended Plat of Ferguson's Addition No. 1 and 2 of East Hope, Idaho. The alley is located north of Lakeview Boulevard and south of Lookout Boulevard, in Section 36, Township 57 North, Range 1 East. The City vacated part of the 16-foot wide alley in 1996 because a portion of a resi- dence encroached into the alley The petitioners request the remaining portion of the alley be vacated so they can "unite adjoining properties." If the vacation is approved, they re- quest the vacated alley be conveyed to them. The public may testify or present evidence at the public hearing regarding whether the petition complies with applicable city or state codes.
