Shad Bossen, 34, of Priest River, was arrested in the 300 block of Eastside Road in Priest River at 4:15 p.m. on charges of domestic battery; and Luci Krauss, 27, of Newman Lake, Wash., was arrested at the same time and location on an outstanding arrest warrant.

A reckless driver was reported in the area of Denton Road and Highway 200 in Hope at 4:15 p.m.

Report of harassment in the 8400 block of Kelso Lake Road in Priest River at 4:57 p.m.

Report of an agency assist in Ponderay on Bonner Mall Way at 6:50 p.m.

Oct. 22

Accidental 911 activation was reported on N. Division Avenue at 5:55 a.m.

A parent on Halley Street requested assistance with a juvenile refusing to go to school at 8:12 a.m.

Vehicles parked on the sidewalk in the 600 block of S. Division were issued citations at 10:39 a.m.

After a report of a hit-and-run accident in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Larch Street at 11:01 a.m., an officer advised that a truck driver was unaware his trailer had struck another vehicle, causing damage.

A follow-up report was taken on Oak Street at 10:51 a.m.

An officer advised a possible malfunction caused a 911 activation reported in the Highway 2 area at 12 p.m.

Report of a suicide on N. Division Avenue at 12:39 p.m.

Two vehicles involved in a collision in the area of Fifth and Oak were checked at 2:33 p.m.; neither had any damage.

A case was assigned to cover a polygraph examination on W. Lake Street at 3:43 p.m.

The driver of a truck and trailer blocking a driveway in the 100 block of N. Second Avenue arrived just as the tow truck arrived at 4:21 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate any underage juveniles smoking nor anyone drinking in the 2000 block of Pine Street at 4:53 p.m.

A male reported to be acting strangely in the 200 block of E. Superior Street is known to law enforcement and has issues; an officer advised the individual was OK.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Larch Street at 6:29 p.m.

William B. Ribich, 29, of Great Falls, Mont., was cited in the area of Fifth and Poplar at 8:49 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Oct. 22

An officer responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury crash in the 1100 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 8:30 a.m.

An officer responded to a welfare check in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 9:37 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of fraud in the 477100 block of Highway 95 at 10:02 a.m.

An officer responded to a non-injury, two-vehicle collision in the 1500 block of Main Street in Sandpoint at 12:49 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of a traffic offense in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 2:27 p.m.

An officer responded to the 200 block of Birch Avenue at 5:29 p.m. for a missing person report.

Ty R. Orsborn, 31, was arrested in the area of Highway 200 and Dalby Drive at 6:50 p.m. on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.

An officer responded to a report of information in the 1100 block of Fontaine Drive at 7:42 p.m.
