A 15-year-old Sandpoint male already in custody at JDU on Samuelson Avenue was issued a promise to appear at 7:27 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana.

A case was assigned to cover a polygraph examination on W. Lake Street at 8:21 a.m.

A case was assigned on W. Lake Street to cover an ongoing child custody dispute at 8:31 a.m.

Trevor J. Eidson, 20, was cited s in the 1100 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 2:22 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs at 2:22 a.m.
