Nelson R. Blewett, 31, of Priest River, was charged in the area of James Avenue and Gregory Street at 2:22 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges; and, Joseph R. Hypke, 29, of Priest River, ID was cited on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
An officer responded to a reported suicide threat on Saunders Road in Blanchard at 7:27 p.m.
