First-half taxes are due Dec. 20

SANDPOINT — Bonner County Treasurer’s Office is reminding landowners that the first half of their property tax payment is due on Dec. 20.

Treasurer Cheryl Pieh’s office mailed more than 49,000 notices between Nov. 5-9.

The treasurer’s office issued the friendly reminder after receiving reports that Sixth Avenue residents were experiencing problems with their mail delivery.

Landowners who haven’t received their tax notice yet are urged to call the treasurer’s office at 208-265-1433. Landowners can also pick up their notices on at the treasurer’s office, which is located on the third floor of the Bonner County Administration Building.
