Sept. 19
An officer checked a building in the 400 block of Church Street after a report of an unsecured building at 5:19 a.m.; there were workers inside.
An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the area of Highway 2 and S. Division Avenue at 8:05 a.m.
A dog owner in the 100 block of S. Lincoln Avenue was issued a verbal warning at 8:33 a.m. regarding a barking dog complaint.
A parking problem was resolved in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 7:27 a.m.
Randall B. Sherrod, 32, of Ponderay, was cited on a charge of malicious injury to property after an altercation at City Beach at 1:29 p.m.
An officer checked on an adult female in the 400 block of St. Clair Avenue after a welfare check request at 2:44 p.m.; she was being taken care of and was fine.
Report of a verbal domestic in the 400 block of Jefferson Avenue at 3:14 p.m. Officers spoke to both parties; nothing physical occurred.
A report of suspicious circumstances in the 1500 block of Oak Street at 3:43 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.
An officer was unable to catch feral cats in the 100 block of N. First Avenue at 3:59 p.m.
