Logan Davenport, 20, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 470000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle at 11:28 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence, transporting an open container of alcohol, possession of marijuana under three ounces, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Fraudulent use of a financial transaction card was reported at the police department in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 10:09 a.m.

A 911 pocket dial was reported on Pine Street at 12:25 p.m.

Harassing texts were reported in the 2200 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 12:44 p.m.

Notice was given at 2:14 p.m. to a female living in an RV in the 1100 block of W. Superior Street to move it.

A property owner in the 700 block of Merton Avenue was notified at 2:15 p.m. to trim back a tree.

A property owner in the 1200 block of Pine Street was advised at 2:17 p.m. to trim back a tree hanging over the road

Harassing texts were reported in the 200 block of N. Division Avenue at 2:16 p.m.

The owner of a trailer was warned to move the vehicle out of the city right of way in the 1300 block of Pine Street at 2:18 p.m.

An investigation was opened at the police department in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 2:32 p.m.
