Ryan Scott Haraughty, 29, of Spokane, Wash. was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 5:22 p.m. on an outstanding warrant for failure to complete sheriff’s labor program with an original charge of paraphernalia.

Report of a reckless driver in the area of Highway 41 and Old Priest River Road in Oldtown at 5:26 p.m.

Sept. 26

A case was assigned at 9:42 a.m. after a report of floor equipment being rented from a business in the 600 block of Pine Street and not returned.

The driver of a reported suspicious vehicle in the the 500 block of Fifth Avenue was located at 10:20 a.m. and trespassed from the property.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 2600 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 10:24 a.m.

Cash was reported missing in the 1100 block of N. Division Avenue at 12:16 p.m.

A juvenile male was cited in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 1:26 p.m. on a charge of minor in possession of tobacco.

Officers advised they were unable to locate a dog reported found in the 700 block of S. Division Avenue at 1:23 p.m. and noted that it may have been picked up by its owners as it was tied to a porch at the time.

A warrant was served on a juvenile male already in custody at JDU on Samuelson Avenue at 1:54 p.m.

Report of a 911 pocket dial on W. Lake Street at 2:12 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call reported in the city at 2:29 p.m.

A cat, which had been struck by a passing vehicle in the area of N. Boyer and Pine Street, was picked up by its owner at 2:44 p.m.

A cellphone found in the Oak Street area was turned in to the police department at 5:37 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 5:39 p.m.

A welfare check was requested on a juvenile in the area of Woodland Drive and Samuelson Avenue at 7:59 p.m.

An officer assisted Ponderay Police on a call in the 600 block of Triangle Drive at 8:37 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 10:20 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male reported in the 1200 block of Oak Street at 10:25 p.m.

Finnegan D. Treadaway, 19, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 10:57 p.m on a felony charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

PONDERAY POLICE

Sept. 26

Report of a theft in the Highway 95 area at 1 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Tibbetts Lane at 2:50 p.m.

An officer responded to an animal problem in the 477700 block of Highway 95 at 7:11 p.m.

Christopher C. Kuehn, 33, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 600 block of Triangle Drive area at 8:37 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana (less than 3 ounces), and possession of paraphernalia with the intent to use.

Sept. 26

Stanley Solomon Sr., 39, of Priest River was arrested on High Street at 12:50 p.m. on a misdemeanor warrant out of Bonner County.
