Report of an alarm in the 200 block of James Way in Oldtown at 8:51 a.m.

A citizen on Featherstone Road in Spirit Lake asked to speak to someone regarding a no contact order at 9:08 a.m.

A theft was reported in the 10000 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 9:13 a.m.

Deputies were assigned an information call in the 7000 block of Highway 2 at 9:28 a.m.

Report of a burglary in the 100 block of Highway 2 in Oldtown at 10:41 a.m.

Mark Gustafson, age and address not listed, of Spirit Lake was arrested on a Bonner County warrant on Paisley Road in Spirit Lake at 11:49 a.m.

Report of disorderly conduct in the 1500 block of Horn Mountain Road in Oldtown at 12:44 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Southside School Road in Cocolalla at 3:16 p.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Sept. 27

Officers contacted a male reported to be acting suspiciously in the 2100 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 8:24 a.m.

Report of a parked vehicle blocking the sidewalk in the area of Marion Avenue and Michigan Street at 8:31 a.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 4200 block of Samuelson Avenue at 8:58 a.m.

Officers assisted staff in the 1400 block of N. Boyer Avenue with a runaway male at 10:12 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the Fifth Avenue area at 11:42 a.m.

A female juvenile returned to the Spruce Street area at 12:39 p.m. as the officer was filing a runway report.

Leland A. Murray, 43, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Ebbett Way at 1:46 p.m. on a Bonner County misdemeanor warrant.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on N. Fourth Avenue at 1:57 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the area of Fifth Avenue and Cedar Street at 3:24 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement in the N. Fourth Avenue area at 3:40 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken at the police department in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 3:49 p.m.

An officer advised a report of child abuse on N. Boyer Avenue at 5:19 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.

A citizen decided to leave his unused medications at another facility when he found out he had to bring them to the police department at 5:31 p.m.

Heather N. Kuhn, 42, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 500 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 6:33 p.m. on a Bonner County misdemeanor warrant.

A caller was advised he could not have anyone trespassed from a residence in the 400 block of Olive Avenue at 11:21 p.m. as he was not the tenant there.

Sept. 28

An officer contacted a suspicious vehicle reported in the 200 block of S. Florence Avenue at 12:44 a.m.; a male advised he was sleeping in it because he’d had too much to drink.
