MOSCOW — Grace Hicks, Jazmin Stockton and Jenny Slaveck combined to hammer 26 kills, leading the Bulldogs to a 25-15, 25-17, 25-22 sweep of Moscow in 4A Inland Empire League volleyball Thursday night in the Bear Den.

Sandpoint (18-9, 4-0 4A IEL) totaled 67 digs as a team, keeping the ball up all night, while adding seven aces in the convincing win.

“Not very many errors throughout the whole match and kept Moscow on the defensive for most of the night,” claimed Bulldog head coach Jeff Hurst. “Jenny Slavek had a particulary good night hitting, serving and passing. Marina Bruener and Gabby Hicks did some really nice things on the court as well.”

Sandpoint now turns its attention to the district tournament, where they will play host to the title game as the No. 1 seed.
