Lan Leham, 46, of Priest River, was arrested for DUI in the area of Fourth Street and Summit Blvd. in Priest River at 11:35 p.m.

Sept. 30
A hit and run accident was reported in the area of North Fourth Avenue at 2:19 p.m.
Report of an abandoned vehicle in the area of Oak Street and Halley Street at 2:28 p.m.
Officer was unable to locate a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of Main Street at 4:50 p.m.
Officers assisted EMS on a call in the 1600 block of Hickory Street at 6:10 p.m.
Reported threats in the 300 block of Iberian Way at 6:29 p.m. turned out to be a child custody dispute. Parties were separated and advised to contact the courts for a parenting plan.
A loud noise was reported in the 100 block of South Second Avenue at 8:44 p.m.
Officers contacted a juvenile threatening suicide in the 900 block of Fir Street at 9:10 p.m. His parent advised he would be looked after.
Oct. 1
Officers were unable to locate a reported DUI driver in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 12:32 a.m.
A male was issued a verbal warning for disturbing the peace and animal abuse in the 1300 block of Spruce Street at 12:33 a.m.
Report of an unfounded noise complaint in the 100 block of South Second Avenue at 12:50 a.m.
Heidi J. Johnson, 35, of Ponderay, was arrested near Milepost 474 on Highway 95 for possession of meth.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 600 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 2:49 p.m.
An officer received a call of found property in the 477000 block of Highway 95 at 7:56 p.m.

Christina M. Pilalas, 42, of Priest River, was arrested for domestic battery in the area of Lincoln Ave. at 10:33 a.m.
Shawna M. Barber, 39, of Newport, was arrested for driving on a suspended in the area of Highway 57 at 1:49 p.m.
