Hospice holding annual rose event

SANDPOINT — The unexpected gift of a rose can touch the heart of many, rekindling within an outpouring of warmth and comfort that is generated from such a simple act of kindness and generosity.

Bonner General Health Community Hospice, the only nonprofit hospice provider in Bonner and Boundary counties, is hosting its annual rose event. For each donation of $20, you will receive the gift of one dozen long stemmed beautiful roses and Bonner General Health Community Hospice receives funds for direct client support to community families.

To order roses in Sandpoint, call Lissa at 208-265-1185. Roses can also be purchased at the Information Desk in the BGH hospital lobby located at 520 N. Third Ave., Sandpoint. Roses are available for pick-up on Wednesday, Nov. 7 from 8 a.m-5 p.m. in the BGH hospital lobby.

To order roses in Priest River, call Gary Bell at 208-610-4986. Roses are available for pick-up in Priest River on Wednesday, Nov. 7, from 1-4 p.m. at the Priest River Library, 118 Main St.

To order roses in Bonners Ferry, call Laurel McGuire at 208-304-9976. Roses are available for pick-up in Bonners Ferry on Wednesday, Nov. 7, from 10:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. at the Trinity Lutheran Church , 6784 Cody St.
