Michael Lee Flanigan

Michael Lee Flanigan passed away at his home on Oct. 11, 2018.

Mike was born on October 8, 1959, to Arnie and Dorothy Flanigan. After an 18-year career as a professional rodeo cowboy, Mike and his family moved to Sandpoint in 1994. Mike loved the mountains, whether it was riding his horse or his snowboard.

e worked as a farrier, a job he loved. He was a natural with horses. Mike was a kind and loving family man and a friend to all.

Mike is survived by his wife Jill; two children, Colleen (Kyle) Watson and Riley (Liz) Flanigan; two grandchildren, Maxx and Olivia; a sister, Pattie (Mike) Coe; and a large extended family who adored him.

A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 17, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Parnell Ranch Barn, 4250 Selle Road, Sandpoint. Please dress warm.
