Deputies assisted Ponderay Police in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 7:55 p.m.

Justin Troutner, 34, of Sagle, was arrested onLakeshore Drive in Sagle at 11:46 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive).

SANDPOINT POLICE

Oct. 8

An officer advised that the owner of a vehicle left in a parking lot in the 1900 block was an employee of the business

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the area of N. First Avenue and Church Street at 8:36 a.m.

Trees limbs hanging over the street creating a vision obstruction in the 1300 block of Main Street at 10:49 a.m.

An unspecified call was place under investigation on S. Third Avenue at 1:19 p.m.

An officer answered questions in the 1300 block of Michigan Street at 1:22 p.m.

Cheyanna L. Sandlin, 25, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue at 1:50 p.m. on a misdemeanor Bonner County warrant.

A follow-up report was taken on Spruce Street at 4:51 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male reported in the area of N. Florence and Fir at 5:41 p.m.

A 15-year-old Sandpoint female was issued a promise to appear in the area of Washington Avenue and Spruce Street at 7:15 p.m. on a charge of battering another juvenile.

Randall B. Sherrod, 32, of Bonners Ferry, was arrested in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 10:48 p.m. on a misdemeanor Boundary County warrant.

Oct. 9

After a complaint of disorderly conduct in the area of S. Third Avenue and W. Lake Street at 12:15 a.m., officers contacted a female who stated she was in a verbal confrontation with another female who had already gone.

PONDERAY POLICE

Oct. 8

An officer responded to a theft in the 200 block of Ash Street at 2:14 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 3:29 p.m.

Samantha L. Stuart, 25, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 4:01 p.m. on a charge of petit theft; and Dayna K. Rosal, 29, of Sandpoint was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of petit theft.

An officer responded for an unspecified call on Highway 95 at 2:39 p.m.

An officer responded to a welfare check in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 7:55 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of an intoxicated individual in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 9:30 p.m.

An officer responded for a follow-up call in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 9:56 p.m.
