Hudson Lee Sheeley, 36, of Sandpoint, was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 11:29 p.m. on a felony bench warrant for probation violation and controlled substance-delivery.

Deputies responded to the Geenan Road area in Cocolalla after a report of a family offense at 11:48 a.m.

Request for a follow up in the 700 block of Spirit Lake Cutoff Road at 11:53 a.m.

Report of a citizen assist in the 600 block of Hidden Valley Road in Spirit Lake at 12:26 p.m.

Zane Lumpkin, 38 of Newport, Wash., was arrested in the area of E. Fifth Street N. and N. State Avenue in Oldtown at 7:26 p.m. on an outstanding Kootenai County warrant; and Carrie Smith, 38 of Newport, was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Oct. 11

A bike was reported taken from the 500 block of S. Boyer Avenue at 9:50 a.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Michigan Street at 10:43 a.m.

Report of a dog at large in the 1800 block of Poplar Street at 10:46 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Michigan Street at 10:43 a.m.

Unfounded report of a vehicle collision in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue at 11:12 a.m.

A young juvenile who ran away from her residence on Walnut Street was located by a parent at 12:25 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of a juvenile being battered by another juvenile in the 1600 block of Spruce Street at 12:24 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male reported to be in the 400 block of N. Lincoln at 1:09 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a vehicle reported to be parked in the fire lane in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 2:06 p.m.

A small amount of marijuana and a pipe were seized for destruction during a traffic stop in the 474000 block of Highway 95 at 2:15 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a neighbor dispute in the 1300 block of Oak Street at 2:14 p.m. regarding cats.

Possible child abuse in the city was reported at the police department at 3:17 p.m.

An identification card was turned in to the police department in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street as found property at 4:04 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 200 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 4:23 p.m.

Officers were unable to locate female in the 1500 block of Pine Street at 4:56 p.m. for a welfare check.

An alarm was reported in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue at 7:01 p.m.; officers advised the building was secure.

A child playing with a phone dialed 911 in the N. Boyer Road area at 7:07 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover deployment of a K9 unit in the area of Fifth and Poplar at 8:38 p.m.

An officer checked a residence on N. Third Avenue at 10:49 p.m. at the request of an outside agency looking for a male who made suicidal comments.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on S. Boyer Avenue at 12:21 p.m.

A juvenile male from Sagle was released to the custody of a parent after a report of suicide threats at 12:26 a.m.

An officer responded to a traffic hazard in the 30400 block of Highway 200 at 7:27 a.m.

A theft was reported on Highway 95 at 10:11 a.m.

Homer J. Shinn, 28, of Sandpoint was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 476700 block of Highway 95 at 12:16 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 477000 block of Highway 95 at 1:40 p.m.

An officer assisted Sandpoint Police on a traffic stop in the 474000 block of Highway 95 at 2:15 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of vandalism in the 477000 Highway 95 at 4:03 p.m.

An officer responded to a reckless driver complaint in the 479000 block of Highway 95 at 8:06 p.m.
