City of Sandpoint Public Works employee Chad Larson was honored by Laila Kral, deputy administrator of the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council, during the Oct. 3 City Council meeting. Larson recently completed LHTAC’s T2 Road Scholar training, which required about 80 hours of classes. As a Road Scholar, Larson can now bring his training back to the city to help ensure Sandpoint stretches dollars invested in transportation, Kral said.
