Pastor Andy Kennaly and First Presbyterian Church of Sandpoint is pleased to offer a casual gathering by the Peace Pole in the Community Peace Garden on the corner of Alder Street and Fourth Avenue.

World Community Day is Friday, Nov. 2. At noon, the public is invited to honor and celebrate community and peace as poems, prayers, silence, and song are shared around the Peace Pole. Hot drinks will be provided outside and the 20-minute program will take place rain or shine. The noon gathering follows an earlier event, a Peace Pole dedication at the East Bonner County Library at 11 a.m.
