Deputies, EMS and Selkirk Fire responded to a fire alarm in the 500 block of Olive Avenue in Sandpoint at 9:40 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a request to speak with a deputy from a Clark Fork resident in the N. Main Street area at 9:46 a.m.

A suspicious circumstance was reported in the 2900 block of Gold Creek Road at 9:40 a.m.

Request for a K9 deployment in the area of Edgemere Cutoff and Vay roads in Priest River at 9:56 a.m.

Report of an animal problem in the 469000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle at 10:25 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the 1200 block of Gold Creek Road at 10:24 a.m.

BCSO assisted Fish and Game in Priest River on High Meadow Drive at 10:32 a.m.

Report of a runaway juvenile on Sitting Bull Road at 11:46 a.m.

Report of a family offense in the 100 block of E. Lincoln Street in Priest River at 11:36 a.m.

Request for a K9 deployment in the area of Wisconsin and High streets in Priest River at 2:25 p.m.

A deputy responded to a reported citizen dispute in the 2500 block of USFS 315 in Careywood at 2:27 p.m.

Report of an alarm in the 4000 block of Highway 2 in Priest River at 2:54 p.m.

Cory J. Watson, 29, of Oldtown, Idaho, was arrested in the area of Highway 2 and Bodie Canyon Road in Priest River at 4:29 p.m. on a misdemeanor failure-to-appear warrant out of Bonner County; and was cited on a charge of possession of paraphernalia with intent to use.

Report of an animal problem in the 400 block of Dry Creek Road in Oldtown at 5:22 p.m.

Report of a welfare check in the 100 block of Rebel Ridge Road in Spirit Lake at 5:27 p.m.

Report of a reckless in the 700 block of Cocolalla Loop Road at 8:21 p.m. in Cocolalla.

Report of a non-injury traffic accident in the 22000 block of Highway 2 at 8:29 p.m.

Dennise McMillan, 35, was arrested in the 400 block of W. Fourth Avenue in Clark Fork at 9:34 p.m. on charges of reckless driving and fleeing the scene of vehicle crash.

Report of a 911 hang-up in the Brookway Court area in Blanchard at 9:49 p.m.

Kaylee Muri was arrested in the Highway 41 area in Oldtown at 10:08 p.m. on a Bonner County bench warrant.

Report of a reckless driver in the 465000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle at 9:59 p.m.

Report of a welfare check in the 2300 block of Westmond Road at 10:32 p.m.

Report of an alarm in the 400 block of Mountain Estates Drive in Priest River at 12:18 a.m.

Report of a traffic hazard in the 464000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle at 1:21 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Oct. 14

The owner of a loose horse in the area of Gooby and Great Northern roads was contacted at 9:15 a.m.; an officer advised she was already en route to deal with it.

Officer was canceled on scene in the 500 block of Olive Avenue at 9:40 a.m. for a fire alarm.

A follow-up report was taken in the S. Boyer Avenue area at 11:42 a.m.

Officers contacted several males involved in an altercation reported in the 900 block of Sandpoint Avenue at 1:24 p.m.; no charges were pressed.

Harassing phone calls were reported in the 1100 block of Church Street at 2:50 p.m.

Possible child abuse was reported in the city at 3:51 p.m.

A 15-year-old Sandpoint male was signed as a runaway in the Sapphire Court area at 8:50 p.m.

Shawn C. Cooper, 46, of Troutdale, Ore., was cited in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 9:07 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Officers responded to a physical altercation in the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue at 10 p.m.; no one wanted to press charges.

Oct. 14

An officer responded to the 477200 block of Highway 95 at 8:41 a.m. for an animal problem.

An officer responded to the 200 block of Triangle Drive at 8:54 a.m. for a report of a suspicious subject.
