Carrie L. Smith, 38, of Newport, Wash., was arrested for possession of meth at Oak and Sixth at 3:17 a.m. Zane E. Lumpkin, 38, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested on a felony warrant. Renae A. Akers, 47, of Newport, was arrested on a misdemanor warrant.
