Vote yes on Prop 2
The first people coming to Idaho had to make their way over Indian trails and waterways. After that they got together and formed a government body that built roads and bridges. The federal government aided the building of railroads.
hey then decided to form governmental institutions like fire departments and police departments. No single person can afford to build their own roads and fight all the fires and chase down all the robbers.
That’s why the argument that we should not have Medicaid Expansion because it makes people too dependent on government is absurd. Maybe there was a day that health insurance was cheap enough that we could all pay for it ourselves but that day is far gone. Almost no one can afford health insurance unless subsidized by their employer or by the government in the case of Medicare.
62,000 people can get health insurance with Medicaid Expansion. It will cost Idaho $1 for every $9 returned from our federal taxes. Vote Yes on Proposition 2.
