At almost 93 years of age, and a decorated veteran of one war and two so-called “police actions,” I have to air my thoughts on the state of the Democratic Party as it is today. Not too many years ago, their membership was comprised of honest, patriotic, non-partisan, law-abiding citizens. Today, that party is made up of socialists and a mob mentality, referred to as the “unhinged left.” Former real Democrats are rolling over intheir graves as they witness the tactics of their successors as the mid-term election nears.

I fought too long and too hard to allow their unruly conduct and confrontations to jeopardize the safety and futures of my children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
