Injector's Car Show is almost here

It’s almost here, it’s almost here! No, not Christmas, but almost as good. It’s the Injectors Car Show, which will be held in downtown Sandpoint on Saturday, Sept. 8. Bring your family, bring your friends. See the cars, visit with the people, explore the displays in “Education Alley,” enjoy the live music, and see the amazing Gary Vanhorn entertain the crowds another time. The Injectors Car Club is a non-profit with all net proceeds going to local charities. Come to the show, enjoy yourself, participate in a raffle, or purchase some of the fine articles for sale, and help us help others.

And by the way, the Injectors is not the only club or organization that helps the community. The Injectors and many of the other clubs receive much of their donations and financial help from the local merchants. While in town, eat at the restaurants, and shop locally. This has been a tough summer on them. The smoke, the roads torn up, and the use of ordering over the internet has diminished their profits. They are the backbone of the community. Help them to help us, to help others. Remember the old saying “what goes around, comes around”.
