NOTICE OF SALE OF REVENUE ALLOCATION NOTE In accordance with the provisions of Section 50-2012 of the Idaho Code, public notice is hereby given by the Priest River Urban Renewal Agency (the "Agency"), that on September 4, 2018, the Board of Commissioners of the Agency approved and adopted Resolution No. 2018-03 (the "Resolution") approving the issuance and sale of the Agency's Revenue Allocation Note, Series 2018 (Downtown Revitalization Utility Project) (the "Note"), in the principal sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($250,000.00), to Umpqua Bank. The Resolution became effective upon its passage and approval on September 4, 2018, and the sale of the Note to Umpqua Bank will occur on or about September 11, 2018.
