Roscoe A. “Rock” Miller, 77, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, at North Summit Church in Sandpoint.
