Patrick John Crabb, 24, of Hayden, Idaho was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 10:57 a.m. on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear with an original charge of driving without privileges, fail to maintain liability insurance, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.

An officer was unable to locate any dogs inside vehicles parking in the 600 block of S. Third Avenue after a complaint at 10:14 a.m.

The owners of a dog found running at large in the 1100 block of Spruce Street were issued a verbal warning at 12:29 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Fifth Avenue at 12:29 p.m.

Kyle C. Williamson-Smith, 30, of Wenatchee, Wash., was cited in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 3:24 p.m. on a charge of petit theft.

Report of a civil protection order violation in the 400 block of Oak Street at 3:36 p.m.
